😉 Czech is the only language in the world that uses the letter “Ř“.
😉 The word “robot” is of Czech origin. It was invented by Josef Čapek and first used by his brother Karel Čapek in his sci-fi play R.U.R.
🙂 Some Czech words don’t have any vowels, e.g. “prst” (finger), “krk” (neck), “smrk” (spruce).
🙂 The Pilsner-style beer (pils) is of Czech origin. It takes its name from the Czech city of Pilsen.
