How much does an online course cost?
You can find the pricing on our website under Pricing. The listed rates apply to general language courses taught by a Czech teacher for frequently taught languages. Our offer price rates are final so you don’t need to worry about any surprise additional fees. All prices include VAT. If you should like to learn a language that is not listed in our offer, order a course taught by a native speaker, a course focused on special language or a preparatory course, please fill out our inquiry form and we will be happy to send you an individual quote.
Can I get a better quote?
Yes, you can. Everybody can get a better quote. Our offer already comprises all savings. The more lessons you order, the more favourable rates you will pay for each lesson. Take a look at our price rates or send us your inquiry.
How do I proceed to order a language course?
It’s quite easy. You only need to fill out the inquiry form that we will use to make an individual quote for you. Once you confirm that you are really interested in ordering the course, we will select the teacher that would best match your requirements and we will arrange a free demo lesson. Should you decide to continue, we will send you a binding order (contract) for your language course.
What communication tools do you use for your lessons?
There are several options. The lessons are mostly held via Zoom or Skype, but you can also use Google Meet or MS Teams.
What is the difference between online and attendance lessons?
Besides the fact that lessons are held online, they are very much the same as attendance lessons. They are organized as face-to-face lessons with your teacher. You simply get in touch through contact details available in Skype or through a web link.
What do I need for online lessons?
You must have an Internet connection, a microphone and a camera. But most notebooks are equipped with these components these days.
What if I am not happy with the lessons?
No worries here. Nobody wants to buy a pig in a poke 🙂 You can take a free demo lesson and get to know your teacher, discuss you study goals and give it a try. Should any inconvenience come up, we will sort it out together.
What if I need to cancel a lesson?
Should you need to cancel an arranged lesson, let know you teacher before 6 PM on the previous day so that you can arrange a new time slot. Otherwise, your lesson will expire.
Can I use employee benefits to pay for my lessons?
Of course you can. We also accept payments with Benefit Cafeteria or Edenred Café vouchers.
